Crispy Deep-fried Crab
Crispy deep-fried crab is a familiar dish on restaurant and hotel menus. However, housewives can still make this dish from scratch at home. Being made with enthusiasm, Meizan Crispy Frying Mix will give a crispy outer shell, less oil content, and a faster frying speed, so it will save time as well. Everyone will have to try hard to resist the appeal of this dish.
- Meizan Crispy Frying Mix : 150 g
- Crab: 500 g
- Roasted sesame
- Salt (soup powder), pepper, lemon (kumquat), Meizan cooking oil
Wash the crabs thoroughly, remove the hard shell and apron of the crabs, use scissors to snip off the tarpered edge. Marinate the crabs with some bouillon granules, soup powder, and pepper. Leave the crab to marinate in the spices.
Stir the flour with water using the ratio of 1 cup of flour to 1/2 cup of water, until the dough is smooth and free from lumps. Pick up each crab and dip it in the prepared flour mixture.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan ready to deep fry the crabs (crabs should be plunged into hot oil), put each flour-coated crab into the pan. Fry the crab over a high flame for 3-5 minutes until the crabs are crispy.
Transfer the crabs onto a plate, serve hot with salt and pepper and lemon mixture.
