Deep-fried Pork Belly
What do you want eat today? Why don’t you treat the whole family to deep-fried pork belly? It uses familiar pork, but it is thoroughly shaked with Meizan Cripsy Frying Mix, making pork slices bubbly, yellow, and attractive in any kitchen. Chefs: remember to cook some extra rice.
- Meizan Seasoned Crispy Chicken Mix: 50 g
- Pork belly: 500 g
- Lettuce: 20 g
- Cucumber: 30 g
- Raw vegetables of all kinds
- Minced garlic and onion
- Minced chili, sugar, fish sauce, cooking oil, fermented rice vine
Preliminarily process and cut pork into 0.8cm thick slices, drain it. Slice the cucumber. Wash and drain the lettuce and raw vegetables, place them on a plate. To prepare sweet and sour fish sauce: dissolve 3 tablespoons of the fermented vinegar, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons of water and minced garlic.
Add the flour and shake pork and flour in a sealed container until the pork is coated evenly. Allow about 5 minutes to infuse the spices.
Heat the cooking oil, fry the meat until it is golden and remove it to drain the oil. Serve hot with rice or serve with raw vegetables and sweet and sour fish sauce.
