Stir-fried Noodles with Seafood

Stir-fried noodles with seafood is extremely familiar to Vietnamese people. Stir-fried Noodles with Seafood

INGREDIENTS

  • Meizan Premium Egg Noodles: 250 g
  • Black tiger shrimp: 400 g
  • Squid: 300 g
  • Fishball: 300 g
  • Mustard green: 500 g
  • Bean sprouts: 200 g
  • Green beans: 200 g

Ginger, chili, carrots, onions, spring onions, purple onions, garlic

Neptune Bouillon Granules, pepper, fish sauce, sugar, monosodium glutamate, Meizan Cooking Oil, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil noodles for 2 – 3 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove the noodles, rinse under cold water and drain. Mix 1 tablespoon of cooking oil so that noodles do not stick together.

Peel the dried garlic and onion, rinse them, then chop into small pieces. Peel the shrimps, remove their heads, wash, and then drain. Marinate ½ of shrimp with ½ spoon of bouillon granules, ½ spoon of monosodium glutamate, ½ spoon of sugar, add some pepper, cooking oil, and minced garlic.

Remove the ink sacs when processing squid, then drain, cut the squid into bite-sized pieces. Cut the fishballs into halves. Wash the mustard greens then drain, cut into short pieces. If you are using bok choy, there is no need to cut. Rinse the bean sprouts, removing the roots and drain. Wash and drain green beans and cut into pieces. Peel and rinse the carrots and then cut into flower shapes. Peel, wash, and cut the onions, chop the spring onions into small pieces.

Heat the cooking oil in a non-stick pan, add the minced garlic, onions and stir-fry. Add shrimp and squid to stir fry and then pour it onto a separate plate. Stir-fry the minced onion and garlic, add chili powder if you want a spicy meal. Quickly fry the fish balls on the hob for about 3 minutes, add the carrots and green beans, stir fry them and then transfer into another bowl. Stir fry the ginger, put mustard greens, bean sprouts, and noodles in a pan for about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the mixture of squid, shrimp, carrots, and beans. Stir the mixture evenly and season with spices until it tastes good. Before turning off the stove, add spring onions, onions, and some pepper to make the dish more delicious.

Place the noodles on the plate, add the vegetables and seafood to decorate beautifully and enjoy while still hot. The dish can be served with chili sauce or some vegetables.
