Fried Young Tofu with Spicy Sauce
Fried young tofu with spicy sauce is a favorite dish for women. This dish will also be a lifeline for busy housewives thanks to Meizan Seasoned Crispy Frying Mix, which helps shorten the cooking time. Each piece of fried, crispy tofu will make the family meal more delicious.
- Meizan Seasoned Crispy Frying Mix: 150 g
- 1 box of young tofu: 300 g
- Nam Duong oyster sauce
- Nam Duong soy sauce
- Thai sweet and sour sauce
- Spring onions
Wash and drain young tofu, then cut into pieces.
Stir the flour with water at the ratio of 1 cup of flour to 1/2 cup of water until the dough is smooth and free from lumps.
Dip each piece of tofu through stirred frying mix. Heat the cooking oil, add the tofu, and fry until golden.
Prepare the sauce mixture with a tablespoon of sweet and sour sauce, a tablespoon of white sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce.
Heat the small saucepan, pour the sauce onto the saucepan and cook until it is boiling, add in some seasonings and cook until the sauce is condensed, add finely chopped spring onions. Sprinkle the sauce on the fried tofu, serve hot with rice.
