Stir-fried Noodles with Roasted Pork

- Meizan Premium Egg Noodles: 250 g
- Roasted pork: 300 g
- Carrots: 100 g
- Broccoli: 100 g
- Chives: 50 g
- Nam Duong Soy Sauce: 3 teaspoon
- Meizan Sesame Oil: 2 teaspoon
- Nam Duong Oyster Sauce: 1 tablespoon
- Chili garlic paste: 1 tablespoon
- Sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Meizan Cooking Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Minced ginger: 1 teaspoon
- Tomatoes for decoration: 1
- Onions: 2
Boil the noodles for 2 – 3 minutes, stir occassionally. Take out of the pot and run them under cold water, drain. Mix with 1 tablespoon of oil so that the noodles don’t stick together.
Peel and wash the carrots, cut them into long, thin strands. Wash the broccoli with salt water, cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and cut the chives. Peel and mince the onions. Cut the roasted pork into rectangular pieces, about 1 mm thick.
Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, chili garlic sauce, and sugar in a bowl. Stir well.
Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the ginger and onion and stir fry until fragrant. Add the broccoli and chopped carrots. Add noodles and chives to the pan, stir-fry for another 5 minutes. Add the sauce , stir-fry for 3 minutes over a medium heat to soak up the sauce.
Turn off the stove, pour the roasted pork into the pan and mix well. Place the noodles onto a plate and enjoy it while it’s hot. Use soy sauce if you like.
