Stir-fried Macaroni with Beef

Stir-fried macaroni with beef – an all time macaroni classic – is about to get even better than ever before. Still the same old flavorful sliced beef served with soft and glossy macaroni, but the classic dish can still be elevated to a whole new level with Meizan Premium Macaroni. Let’s find out how!

Stir-fried Macaroni with Beef


  • Meizan Premium Macaroni 200 g
  • Beef 300 g
  • Bell pepper 200 g
  • Onion 50 g
  • Nam Duong Soya Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Nam Duong Oyster Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Nam Duong Ketchup 6 tablespoons
  • Nam Duong Chili Sauce 6 tablespoons
  • Sugar 4 tablespoons
  • Spice


Boil the macaronis for 10 – 12 minutes. Take out of the pan and run them under cold water, drain. Mix with 1 tablespoon of cooking oil so that the macaronis don’t stick together.

Dice the beef into small cubes. Then marinate it (with salt and pepper) for 15 minutes. 

The sauce: mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili sauce and sugar together, then stir them until the mixture dissolves.

Dice the bell pepper and onion into bite-sized pieces, stir-fry them, then place them onto a plate. Stir-fry the beef, continue to add the cooked vegetables and the sauce in the pan, stir-fry quickly.

Turn off the oven, place the macaronis onto a bowl then pour the broth over and serve hot!
