Stir-fried Noodles with Smoked Salmon
Meizan Premium Egg Noodles is always the first choice of housewives thanks to natural ingredients, certified origin and closed technological production process. Each of natural chewy noodle combined with fatty salmon, together with a little greasy flavor of the cream, promise to satisfy the pickiest people!
- Meizan Premium Egg Noodles: 200 g
- Smoked salmon: 100 g
- Butter: 50 g
- Whipping cream: 150 ml
- Olivoilà Olive Oil: 1 spoon
- Garlic, salt, spices
Boil noodles for 2 – 3 minutes, stir occasionally. Remove the noodles, rinse under cold water and drain. Mix 1 tablespoon of cooking oil so that noodles do not stick together.
Slice the salmon into long strands. Simmer the butter and olive oil in a saucepan and add the garlic. Stir the salmon.
Add whipping cream to the pan and cook over a low flame. Place noodles on a plate, sprinkle the pepper and chopped green onions on top and enjoy.
