Wheat flour, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, green bean powder, emulsifier (INS 1420, INS 450(i)), iodized salt, raising agents (INS 500(ii)), wheat fiber, maltodextrin, flavour enhancers (INS 621), yeast extract, dry scallion, thickener (INS 415), black pepper powder, chilli powder.
Usage Direction
For preparation of coated crispy fries from shrimp, fish, squid, vegetables, etc.
